Sadly, I only lost one pound, 56 more pounds to go, but to turn on the super duper cliches, for motivation sake, here goes:
-The journey of 1,000 miles starts with one step.
-Down is the right direction.
-It could have been worst.
-At least you are still losing weight.
OK ... now that we are fully re-motivated, let's get amped for March 17th's weigh-in. My goal is 6lbs. I know I can do it. Faith is mandatory.
