SOLID as a ROCK ... Down is a good direction, but I need some momentum!! 57 more pounds to go!! I am impressed by my success but I do realize that I am still slacking on a couple of key fronts and here they go.
1. water intake
2. mini meals throughout the day instead of one or two big meals
3. daily exercise
4. blogging the experience more often
One at a time, I will conquer the challenges that face me.
