Lack of Preparation = Weakness

Yesterday's Subsistence

Breakfast - nothing
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - turkey breast
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - turkey breast
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - chips, potato salad, 1 baked chicken wing, one bag of M&Ms

Exercise is mandatory.
