I have officially decided that every weigh-in day is a CHEAT DAY!!! But the catch is as follows:
THE RULES OF CHEATING
1.CHEATING must not extend more than 200 calories outside of the caloric limits for the day.
2.CHEATING must be followed by exercise.
3.CHEATING must occur at only one meal time.
Breakfast - wheat flakes, milk, splenda
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - mixed vegetables, chicken, shrimp, spinach,
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - 6 fried chicken wing dings DESSERT: chocolate chip brownies, ice cream sandwich ice cream
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - nothing (I ate until about 9:00pm, then exercised for about 40 mins)
Exercise is mandatory.
