My boyfriend has had a house guest from his former hometown, Iowa, at his home for a couple of days now. Yesterday I decided to make him and his friend a one pot wonder dinner. The dinner of choice was corn chowder. This is certainly a starch ridden meal but a good down home meal none the less. I hope I did not sabotage myself too badly with this choice.
Yesterday's Subsistence
Breakfast - grits, one fried egg, 1 tuna burger, cheese
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - Juice Plus
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - Corn Chowder
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - nothing
