A bombardment of meal plan postings:
TUESDAY Subsistence
Breakfast - two turkey sausage links
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - 11 spinach dip, chicken salad, crackers, cheese
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - 1/2 Lean Cuisine Panini, sweet potato fries, ketchup (did you know one teaspoon of ketchup has more calories than one teaspoon of vanilla ice cream?)
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - nothing
WEDNESDAY Subsistence
Breakfast - two turkey sausage links
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - two and a half fried chicken wings, half a catfish filet
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - 1/2 fried chicken wing and 1/2 a catfish filet, 1/2 of a bean pie!! This has been a craving for some time!!
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - nothing
FRIDAY Subsistence
Breakfast - NOTHING
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - spinach omelet with grits
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - spinach dip, chicken salad, crackers, cheese, carrot pie,
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - tortilla ships, salsa
