So today my whole family weighed in. I was the front runner AGAIN!! I lost 4lbs. Which is truly a victory. IF I lose 2lbs per week, that will be a great feat in my mind. My plan for this two week interval is to drink more water. I refuse to let this be in vain. 150lbs is 11lbs nearer. 59lbs to go!!
Yesterday's Subsistence
Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack 1 - nothing
Lunch - 11 wing dings (5 of which were fried)
Snack 2 - nothing
Dinner - nothing
Snack 3 (OPTIONAL IF AFTER 7PM) - nothing, tea, water
Exercise is mandatory.
